Overview of the campaign i.e. what is it about? Who can participate?
Hydrogen’s #SpotTheHydrogenPOS is an Easter Campaign to create an online virality and brand awareness for the POS business. This campaign aims to increase transaction volume, drive sales growth for our merchants, drive usage of our terminals, and create online awareness for the Hydrogen brand.
This campaign targets consumers primarily and merchants.
Consumers/staff are required to purchase goods/services worth ₦20,000/₦30,000 and above from any of our merchant stores, pay using our Hydrogen POS, snap their receipt and terminal, post on their socials (either on their feed or stories), follow our socials, and tag us with these hashtags #SpotTheHydrogenPOS #PayWithHydrogenPOS, stand a chance to win a reward.

This campaign is in two phases;
The first phase targets all Access Nations including Hydrogen. All staff are required to:

• Purchase goods/services worth ₦30,000 and above from any of our merchant stores.
• Pay using our Hydrogen POS
• Snap their receipt and terminal.
• Post on their socials (either on their feed or stories)
• Follow our socials and tag us with these hashtags #SpotTheHydrogenPOS #IPaidWithHydrogenPOS and stand a chance to win a reward.

The second phase targets the public pan Nigeria. The public is required to:

• Purchase goods/services worth ₦20,000 and above from any of our merchant stores.
• Pay using our Hydrogen POS
• Snap their receipt and terminal.
• Post on their socials (either on their feed or stories)
• Follow our socials and tag us with these hashtags #SpotTheHydrogenPOS #PayWithHydrogenPOS and stand a chance to win a reward.

Creative milestones and gifts for each milestone of the campaign
The more you spend the merrier! Winners are selected randomly using an online tool. We have multiple gifts to be won.

Exceptions to the redemption of gift i.e. instances when a consumer/staff may not win

• A consumer/staff post their picture/video, without following our social media account.
• A consumer/staff posts their picture/video and follows us on our social but does not use hashtags.
• A consumer/staff posts their picture/video and tags us on our social with the hashtags but does not follow our socials.
• A consumer/staff posts their picture/video, follows us on our social, and uses the hashtags but does not spend ₦20k and ₦30k respectively in one receipt.
• A consumer/staff post a false picture/video of their receipt.
• A consumer/staff posts their picture/video and follows us on our social but does not use hashtags.

Conditions to being eligible for the gift for the public.

• Consumers shall spend ₦20K on our purchase.
• Consumers shall take a picture or make a video of their receipt and our terminal and post it on their socials.
• Consumers shall follow our social media pages (Meta, Instagram, and Twitter)
• Consumers shall tag us when posting their pictures/videos using our hashtags.
• Consumers shall do all of the above in one entry to qualify.

• Staff shall spend ₦30K on our purchase.
• Staff shall take a picture or make a video of their receipt and our terminal and post it on their socials.

• Staff shall do all of the above in one entry to qualify.

Process for redemption…How long does it take for gifts to be redeemed? How do they go about it, etc?

• Winners are picked randomly.
• Confirmation of receipts shall be done by the Hydrogen staff.
• Consumers/staff will be contacted when they qualify.
• Gifts will be sent to their account.

Any other valuable information you think is necessary for me to have?

The campaign lasts for 14 days only. First 7 days for staff and the last 7 days for the public
We would use their entries (picture/video) for marketing purposes. It may be reposted on our page
Our marketing team will be requesting their contact details when they qualify.

• Must I pay using Hydrogen’s POS to win?
  Yes, you must.
• Can I buy from any store?
  Yes, you can. But ensure you ask them if they are accepting payment with a Hydrogen POS. If they don’t, you have to check another store.
• Must I follow Hydrogen socials and tag Hydrogen with the hashtags?
  Yes, you must. This is how we will track our entries and select winners.
• Why will I receive my reward?
  All winners will be rewarded at the end of the campaign.
